I’m an avid reader, both fiction and non-fiction. I went to create lists of some of my favorite topical books, but when I started to research, I found lists already out there, stellar lists and descriptions of some of my favorite books, along with books on my “to read” list. I have chosen my favorite ones to share with you.
Learning through books can be a great companion to therapy. I call it the “double punch” when you find yourself exploring an idea or circumstance from your own narrative that is further iterated in your reading material. Listed here are a few of my reference points for therapy (and life!).
